Our coaches
Who we are
In 2016, we opened our doors in with an emphasis on large-group HIIT classes. Over the past three years, we’ve transitioned our focus to strength training. Our coaches lead a unique program that provides much of the same energy as large-group classes with more individualized programming that focuses on the strength aspect of fitness.
